With the participation of 90 male and female leaders and the presence of a number of leaders and executives, the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk” launches the fourth edition of the “Leaders 2030” program

The Mohammed bin Salman “Misk” Foundation launched the works of the fourth edition of the “Leaders 2030” program, which seeks to prepare distinguished leaders who have an insightful vision and the ability to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s ambitious 2030 vision programs. , at the headquarters of the non-profit Mohammed bin Salman City.

Misk Foundation welcomed the members of the fourth batch participating in the program, who numbered 90 male and female leaders, including CEOs and heads of departments from various governmental, private and non-profit sectors, in the presence of a number of leading personalities, most notably His Excellency the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Misk Foundation, Dr. Ghassan Al-Shibl, His Excellency the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Abdullah Al-Sawaha, Member of the Board of Directors of the Misk Foundation, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, Chairman of the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence, His Excellency the President and Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Aramco, Eng. Amin Al-Nasser, a group of graduates of the “2030 Leaders” program from the second and third batches, and a number of leaders and executives.

The meeting opened with a speech by the Chief Program Officer, Eng. Omar Najjar welcomed the participating leaders and guests, pointing out that “The 2030 Leaders Program adopts the latest and most important administrative and leadership skills and tools at the international level, and seeks to build a vibrant and strong community that will lay the foundations for cooperation and concerted efforts to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.”

As part of the program to receive the fourth batch of the “Leaders 2030” program, a dialogue session was organized with His Excellency the President and Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Aramco, Eng. Amin Al-Nasser, during which he indicated that Vision 2030 opened horizons and opportunities for the current generation; This requires focusing on leadership methods, strategies patterns, and effective decision-making mechanisms, as well as the ability to implement, achieve, qualify human cadres, and methods of stimulating competencies in institutions. He explained that an effective administrative leader has to anticipate the future, implement, build the team, listen to its members, spread the spirit of positivity among employees, show flexibility and toughness in facing events, and a spirit of humility that should increase as the administrative leader rises in status and influence.

The 2030 Leaders Program, organized by the Misk Leaders Path, is one of the most important programs of the Misk Foundation, which aims to develop and refine the skills of Saudi leaders who occupy leadership positions in the Kingdom from various sectors. To enable them to face the challenges and seize the opportunities that the Kingdom is witnessing, and to achieve the transformational and development goals that would contribute to moving the Kingdom towards strengthening its position on the global arena in various fields.

The 2030 Leaders Program provides participants with the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and knowledge towards raising the level of contribution to achieving the goals and programs of the Kingdom’s ambitious vision for the year 2030, by going through an intensive training journey that is organized in five training stages: awareness, discovery, building, growth, and development, so that the participants engage In qualitative training and adopting different thinking styles in dealing with challenges to adapt to changing situations through the training program, which will enable leaders to achieve intellectual and behavioral flexibility to employ creative ideas, within the framework of the concept of effective leadership and solving problems in a broader creative scope.

It is worth noting that the “Leaders 2030” program is launched in organizing the work of the fourth edition, after the successful march of the previous batches, which graduated 180 male and female leaders, within the framework of achieving one of the goals of the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk” in empowering 2000 male and female leaders by 2030.
